My boyfriend was using this laundromat to wash his clothes when the police arrived after someone from the business reported “suspicious activity.” He had to explain why he was there and show the officers that he was, in fact, doing laundry. From our perspective, this was an upsetting and embarrassing experience. Customers should not have to feel like they’re under suspicion for simply using the business as intended. We left feeling singled out and uncomfortable. I hope the business takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled in the future and ensures that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

Came for a car vacuum. One out of operation. The other one takes your money, makes a lot of noise but sucks nothing. Took &3 from me for nothing. Ripp off.

Used the premium wash and it didn't touch the bottom of the doors. Still dirty!

Washed my dog. After awkward moments figuring out payment, dog was treated to a warm bath and I was treated to an elevated, easy place to wash her. Dial went from wash to rinse and condition. All quite easy. Bring a couple towels.

We used the pet wash! It was great!! Wish I would have had towels for purchase! We are traveling and had just been walking in the beach and our 80lb pup was covered in sand and mud!
